ReUse Of abandoned flour mill

A development of a new intersection calls for a re-purposing of an abandoned historic mill. This project uses the huge internal space to facilitate the growing needs of the adjacent collage. The silos attached to the back of the mill were used for office space as well as dorm rooms.
